„Start From Here“ is a personal reminder, that before we are anything else, we are God’s children. That’s where our identity and our worth lays. Diana Ezerex decided, that if she were to write a song about her faith, it should come easy and would not be overthought and it did: sitting down and inspired by a piano lick played by Niklas Strauß she wrote „Start From Here“ in 30 Minutes. Also being inspired by Lauren Daigle’s „You Say“ this single turned into a ballad that both shows Diana’s doubts, her struggles but also her faith and focus.
